Sometimes, a sick one knows for certain that he/she may soon pass away. A typical example is in terminal cases of cancer or overt AIDS. How do one cope with this situation?
Firstly, the sick one should hold his/her cool , knowing that death, a necessary end will come when it will come. Death has to visit everybody one day through one means or the other and I think one should count oneself blessed if one has the opportunity to prepare for death.
Secondly, one should adopt a positive mindset to the impending GREAT MOMENT. If ones attitude is negative, some of the would-be survivors can even kick the bucket before the sick one. However, if one is positive about coming to the end of the road, it will help ones survivors adapt well to ones absence. It is a very good time for one to try and reconcile with his/her creator especially if the contrary has been the case. The Bible tells us that if one sincerely repents even a few hours to ones death, the good Lord will still warmly accept one in His kingdom. One with a terminal illness like cancers etc has the opportunity to write a will if not written yet.
Similarly, if ones relation is certain to die soon, the sick one should be provided with all he/she asks for, to the best of the survivors. The medical team of such patient should minimize to the barest level the pain and discomfort of the patient. The patient should not be allowed to die a painful death.
Finally, the larger society and government should make no attempts to justify or legalize euthanasia ( i e act of merciful killing) in any form. God decreed "you shall not kill".
In conclusion, in any situation one finds oneself, one should hand over everything to God. Learn fast to live with the situations you cannot help. The good Lord is always by our side even at our most trying periods. You want a way to remain healthy, prevent and even reverse disease, click :

HOW TO OVERCOME INCURABLE DISEASES
There is no doubt one looks forward to a complete recovery each time one consults a doctor for an illness. That is the ideal situation. Having been treated by a health personnel using drugs, surgery and psychological measures, two things will naturally result. One will either be "cured" to a certain level of well-being or succumb to the illness. When, unfortunately, your illness is not curable and has to be controlled, you can do certain things to help yourself.
First, give thanks and be grateful to God. Ones incurable Diabetes mellitus, hypertension or cerebral palsy could just be ones own cross. Everybody has his or her own cross to carry. You don't have to blame anyone or think your God is not caring. He loves and cares for everyone.
Secondly, endeavor to comply with the drugs used in controlling your ill-health. Whatever unpleasant feelings and deprivations taking the drugs entails is just the price you pay for the benefits. We always pay a certain price for the drugs and surgery used in treating us. Keep taking your drugs but, mentally, focus on the benefits and you will feel less of the side effects.
Finally, show some sincere understanding and cooperation to loved ones afflicted with incurable illness. The sick one needs it so much. Don't blame the sick one for the illness. As you probably know, the sick one with an incurable illness did not cause the condition nor is he/she enjoying it.
In conclusion, ones mental attitude to ones illness makes a lot of differences. Do the sick one look at it as a curse or as a punishment? A positive mental attitude to ones health challenge is very important in coping with the situation. The sick one should, on a daily basis, radiate optimism and hope to people around him/her. This will lessen the misery and sadness around the sick one.
In all cases, one should never wish for death or contemplate taking ones life or that of a loved one suffering an incurable disease. Is your obesity incurable? Reject it by clicking: http://mc87champ.fatsecret.hop.clickbank.net

DRUGS ARE HARMFUL POISONS
Most drugs in common use have effects on our systems other than the effects for which we take them; these are called side effects; the opportunity cost we pay for the benefits derived. For instance, a middle aged man taking methyl dopa (a drug ) for his hypertension developed a troublesome impotence after a prolonged use of the drug. The drug (suggested by an elderly auntie) did its job of controlling the blood pressure quite alright. The impotence was just a side effect; a price he is now paying for having his BP (blood pressure) controlled. However, a qualified doctor would have considered the age, side effects, sex of the patient etc before starting him on a particular antihypertensive agent. In view of the above, note that each time you are taking a drug, bear in mind that the drug could be exerting an undesired effect(s) somewhere in your body.
Many of the drugs exert harmful effects on various organs and tissues of the body. The truth is that a doctor or pharmacist gives you certain drug(s) when the benefits expected outweigh the harm the drug(s) will inflict on you. For example, streptomycin and gentamycin injections have a potential harmful effects on the ears and the kidneys of the patient. Chloramphenicol is potentially dangerous to the bone marrow. Diclofenac and other NSAIDS are harmful to the stomach and kidneys. Dear folks, the list is endless. Very few drugs, if any, are exempted. If drugs were not poisons, it would have made common sense to add antibiotics, analgesics, antimalaria agents and other drugs in our daily meals and drinks. Don't you think so?
I have tried to emphasize the harmful nature of drugs so that you "handle them with care" I have not done that to scare anyone. However, if properly used, drugs are life-saving; they are wonderful inventions of man! May God bless the men and women inventing them... Is your weight posing a thorn in your flesh? CALCULATING YOUR IDEAL BODY WEIGHT
"Doctor, am I fat?" a patient asked. On another occasion, a particular patient was worried that he may be too thin. In the medical school, the physiology class will always assert that the physiological man weighs 70kg. When stated like this, those of us below 70kg or above will think we are underweight or otherwise. This is elementary, and not exactly correct. Everyone has an ideal body weight. This is a weight that for your sex and height poses no threat of any type to your health.
How do you calculate your ideal body weight? You can do this yourself. You do not need to be a medical student, doctor or physiology student to do this. You can do this right there in your homes.
YOUR IDEAL BODY WEIGHT= 22.5 times ( Height in meters)squared. This the formula for
calculating the ideal body weight in a MALE. In a woman, multiply the result obtained above by 0.94. For example, if a certain man's height is 1.7meters, his ideal body weight is 22.5 multiply 1.7 multiply 1.7 equals approximately 65kg. If our man in the example were a woman, multiply 65kg by 0.94 to get 61 kg. Go ahead now to check your ideal body weight and that of your spouses and loved ones.
INTERPRETATION : If you weigh yourself and your weight is more than your ideal body weight by more than 10%, you are overweight; but if more than by more than 20% , you are obese. From the above, are you obese? If yes, do not worry, the solution is at : http://mc87champ.fatsecret.hop.clickbank.net
